Due to the escalating situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are asking that you DO NOT attend the surgery unless you have a pre-booked appointment.

If you do attend the surgery without a pre-booked appointment, you will not be allowed to enter the building and will be asked to make a telephone appointment.

Our administration team are working hard and will answer any queries you may have over the phone or offer a telephone triage appointment.

Prescriptions can be posted through the letterbox, ordered online via or via Prescriptions Ordering Direct (POD) on 0808 1647 678.

The health and safety of our patients and our staff is our number one priority and we ask you are mindful of the pressures the NHS are facing as a whole.

Following advice from NHS England if you develop symptoms within 14 days of travel from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand please stay indoors and avoid contact with others where possible.  Ring 111 (DO NOT VISIT THE SURGERY).

Symptoms include:

  • Cough
  • Runny Nose
  • Sore Throat
  • Fever
  • Difficulty Breathing

Please stay indoors and avoid contact with others where possible.Please do not book an appointment to attend the Practice using our online service if you’ve been to the countries above  and have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath within two weeks of returning, or if you have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of Coronavirus. Please call 111 instead


You can help prevent and protect yourself and others by following these general principles:

•wash your hands often - with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available. This is particularly important after taking public transport
•avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
•avoid close contact with people who are sick
•if you feel unwell, stay at home, do not attend work or school
•cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in a bin
•clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces in the home and work environment
•if you are worried about your symptoms, please call NHS 111. Do not go directly to your GP or other healthcare environment
